Database Access Reduced
Due to President Trump’s Executive Order 14238 eliminating the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), statewide access to research databases in Massachusetts was significantly reduced beginning July 1, 2025. NHS lost access to 21 databases with no budget to replace any of them. The databases below remain available for the 2025-26 school year through statewide funding. See additional resources for research on the right, check the links above for specific subjects or courses and ask in the library for more help with research on any topic.
For more details on accessing specific periodicals (newspapers, magazines and journals) online, check this spreadsheet or ask Rochelle.
